[Essay Book Publication] Tree of Hope: The Story of the Green Tree Club

This book is a reflection and chronicle of the Green Tree Club at Cornerstone Collegiate Academy of Seoul, documenting our experiences, lessons learned, and insights into the socio-economic environment of underprivileged children since our inception in 2022. It serves as both a retrospective on our activities and an exploration of how we can continuously improve our support for the Life-Giving Tree Organization (LTO) and the children it serves.

We wrote this book to celebrate the Green Tree Club’s journey with LTO and extend our reach beyond our immediate community. By sharing our stories, activities, and research outcomes, we hope to foster an exchange of ideas and invite feedback from students at other schools who may have unique perspectives or experiences to share. This dialogue will help us broaden our perspectives and inspire future Green Tree Club members to expand our impact.

Proceeds from this book will be used to purchase supplies like robot kits and snacks for our activities with the children at LTO. We believe that engagement and feedback from others will empower us to keep building a community grounded in empathy, creativity, and meaningful collaboration.
